Eclypse, I'm pretty sure ordering something then refusing it without reason is considered mail fraud.

No the 8RDA+ was 3-phase, but with six large mosfets. There were no 4-phase AMD boards.

I just picked up a used NF7-S, Rev. 2.0 here in Japan. Lucked out as it is one of the early Cr18D chipset boards, all black IDE/floppy ports. These boards overvolt big time: 2.8 BIOS is 2.96 VDIMM; 2.9 is 3.07! VCORE goes to 2.2 I believe, and overvolts by 0.03.

Ah, those were the good ole days.

gigabyte has a 6 power phase design nforce2 board

but your right, there is no 4 phase amd board. its possible to add a 4th phase to the abit nf7-s though, ive seen a guy who built a 4th phase himself

but then again, do you realy need a 4phase design? a good 2 phase design can be just as good as a 4phase design... best proof is the a7n8x. i could get 2.2v vcore totally stable on that board and it only has a 2 phase power design...
