    In theory?

    Hi everyone. I have a o/c question.

I am able to do 2650mhz stable (265x10)default multi

    I can do 300ht (300x6) (166 ram divider)

my ram will do 250(ddr500) at 1:1

so in theory, wouldn't I be able to do the following?

    288x9=2650mhz?
    ram 166
    ht link (3x)
    vcore 1.7v
    vdimm 2.9
    chipset voltage (default)
    (2.5-2-2-10) 1T

So why can't I do it? I tried and it wouldn't even post. Is it a voltage issue? My 12v line is perfect. I have a 520 ocz powerstream. see sig.

however, I can get 291x9=2622.4 but I'm running ram using 133 divider (187.3) under ddr400 speeds. wtf?

in theory you can walk through a wall...

the settings dont wanna play nicely together as it's putting more stress on the components..

i can run 2800Mhz, i can run also 245FSB, but if i try 2800mhz and 245fsb it wont' work cause it's more work..

i was reading somewhere, at around 250mhz HTT on the processor, the system becomes unstable when using 1:1 divider..

drop the multipier, and use your HTT and 1:1 divder, to test everything out, and if that doesn't work, i have no other ideas

my 3500EBs want CAS3.0 over 230fsb, doesn`t seem to matter much as the bandwidth is insane anyway at 260fsb 1:1

It's not that I'm asking for a miracle and this isn't out of the question. I just can't figure out why I can't run my ram at 166. I will try cas 3 and relax the timings a bit.
