IMO higher IO and SA is more dangerous than higher Vmem.
Also higher IO and SA do not bring more stability with lower Vmem.
With higher IO and SA you risk the life of your CPU. With higher Vmem you risk the life of your ram. My CPU was ?530, this ram was ?150. IDGAF if the ram dies, it can be replaced for very little and has a lifetime warranty.
If you don't want to push your Vmem, that is your choice, however my sticks are still 100% fine after 18+ months at 1.54v Vmem.
And your Hynix ram is not Micron E Die, CL20 4100 Mhz is pointless over CL16 3600 and likely far worse. you cannot compare different ram chips directly like that.
