Hardware and/or hardware tools for testing 2.5" SAS drives
So this is Part 2:
Is it possible to test 2.5" SFF SAS drives in regular SAS backplane slots(using a 2.5" drive sled, like that you would see in a PowerEdge 2950 g3?
Would it be possible to use SAS cables for 3.5" SAS drives to power and test 2.5" or 2.5" SFF SAS drives? I can get some cables for my Precision T7500 that would possible work, but I'm not sure if it is worth it.
As always, thanks in advance.
