Samsung 4Gbit Q-rev
I know nothing about these single-sided Samsung Q-rev modules. Anybody have any knowledge about them? Modules show a mfg date of 1333 so sometime around Aug of 2013, so they've been around for a bit. Have these chips made their way into any of the mainstream products?
