Yup, but I would have hoped it wasn't the same stepping as Titan. A full gk110 only has 7 percent more shaders, I would hope it could boost higher than the leaks bios specifications without resorting to any overclocking. I.e 900 base clock about 1000 plus boost clocks under default.
If the gtx 780 ghz edition does exist, there might only be a 6-9% difference between the two for performance at the clocks gtx 780 Ti is set at.
If it was running a new stepping, I could see it being cooler than old gtx titan and thus boosting to higher levels. But with the same stepping, it might as well be running the same clocks since base clock only determines the minimum performance, temperature otherwise control how much the card boosts. And with the memory controller being pushed more and perhaps higher voltage, we might not get much of a frequency increase which is important for review performance(not so much overclocking performance).
