I would, at least before March.
Custom/OCed 280x's will take up most of the $300-$399 market and with some of those cards nipping at the heels of GTX780, there wouldn't be much room to squeeze a longterm Hawaii LE, if R9 290(Hawaii PRO) is ~$449-$499 and is roughly GTX780 performance. Obviously that might change as the market changes...
Remember, ideally, you shouldn't be binning very many of those chips if you are hitting your projected yields. It usually takes a good number of months for them to build enough inventory to release, especially since they need a decent supply if they intend to sell them for awhile since they are usually priced extremely competitively compared to the rest of the market.
