    I binned all of my CFR sticks and found two that will boot 3000C12 on the OC Formula, but not together. It will only boot with a single stick even though individually each stick is capable. I'm at a loss as to why they won't run together.

    Correct. I have the full ATX board, not the M.

    I think this may be the best I'm going to get out of this board with CFR; I had to use boot BCLK 100 and eventual 102.3 and manually key in RTL/IOL using an Asus guide. 32M fails immediately.

    Anyone else find that the Etron USB 3.0 drivers for Windows 7 causes Windows to freeze on shutdown/restart?

    @Shiraniu: I give up trying 4 sticks at 3k mem freq. Hahaha. CPU is not up to it. It will boot to Windows and I can take screenshot and all, but 32M will fail at the 2nd loop.
    I am trying to borrow a different brand of motherboard to try.

    Sorry about using a different tool, but the Timing Configurator is not reading the memory speed properly.

    It's probably fine. If it boots and everything works I don't think there is any problems. The pins on the Z87m OC Formula mb look more heavy duty than the ones on the gigabyte mother boards with the "Gold" tipped pins. Gold is good conductor but those pins are so delicate and with the pressure of the CPU its very easy to bend the pins a little.

    Excited to try this guy out, SF3D EVO Plate for SS/TEC or even old cpu pot for ram cooling.

    SS is by RunMC and holds -50c haswell 5ghz loaded. -54 Idle. Should handle some mems no problem
    @Splave,

    Did you ever try this out? If so, did you post results with the ram cooled by the SS? Real curious as to how that went for you.

    @ Reefa,im sure Splave will let you know how the plate is,I also bought this and it is really good.I have a little SS danfose that I thinks only gets about -20 or so on cpu and I ran it on that plate on memory and had no problem getting -10-15 on my little SS.On my PSC that do 8-12-8-28-@1368 on air and had no problems running 7-11-7-26 @1333-1368 on the plate @ -10-15.I really think if you have a SS or even a Cascade the plate is a nice thing to have

    Yeah, mine goes to -48 to -50c load on haswell low voltage 2c2t. The mems got to -40c inside the spreaders, the kit I was using did not seem to like cold XD 2720 8-12-8 only.
    I timmed between the ss and plate and between the plate and dimm tops though kinda messy but best.

    Bullant has the crazy imc/mem combo

    Any tips on cracking 40K on memory read with this board? What kind of CPU speed and memory speed/timings would I need? Keep in mind I'm using AIO water and don't have any really high binned Samsung, best is 2400C9 Trident X.
