    I think there is some confusion on the difference between an lga 2011 proc and an 1155 proc. just because this new processor is using Ivybridge technology in no way should it be considered the same. This isn't just 6 3770k cores slapped on a processor made last year. These are new native 6 core dies being produced NOW using Ivybridge technology.
    Ivybridge is very mature now, and the process will be very good by now.
    Haswell is not yet ready for enthusiast prime time and we should be glad hedt is on Ivybridge now.
    The chips have been held back due to lack of competition. They were ready to go for Christmas 2012 (wait...that's not quite a year, but by launch it will be 9 months.) We will see when they launch If old chips don't surface, I am very ok with someone pointing me to my last post and telling me I am wrong
