If you start looking for bad air kits then you'll end up with stuff that fails 1066 9-9-9 and I bet is equally bad cold. And testing each kit on LN2 is not very practical from time/money/resale viewpoint.

All hopes now on PSC at being more consistent...
Your green pcb kit ran 2600 8-11-7-22 everything else super tight and tWCL 6 at 1.9v with no issues on air, so it is definitely a good kit.

I just hope the black PCB scales with voltage and does not hard wall.

It seems PSC is also susceptible to this voltage wall but it is much more rare to see.

Thinking back, I probably should have stuck with 8-9-6-18 and pushed upwards towards 2700+ will keep this mind if the other kit does not cooperate

Am not fully sure if -85..-100 is enough to support tRCD 9 all the way to 1350. Also, tRP 6 and tRAS 18 look very tight at 1300 already.
If you feel like it, give 7-10-7 tWCL 7 another shot I reckon that's where "no fully liking cold and volts" BBSE might be best at

Thanks! I had some unexpected problems , it was first LN2 session including RAM...so was not easy ...and as know bbse is not very easy to bench
they fail to boot on air over 1.84v, but under cold was fine 2,050v no problem
    1300 7-9-6-18 trfc 68 1T pass 32m without wazza , with wazza "not exact in rund" loop 10 - 15

Nice runs, nachtfalke, but your CPU clock is slightly too high ( max limit +-3MHz ). When I make the next update I'll add your results but I'll mark the CPU clock like I did with crusty's result.
