Not sure if its me, but I cant upload any attachments, (cannot see "Add Files" button anywhere when click attachments).. also if I try to upload Image from PC I cannot complete it and get a warning saying something like not valid image type.. but I have tried JPG and png with several sizes etc..

This is a known issue for a long time now. You will need to use something like imageshack or some other place to host the image then paste the links here.
