    What is wrong with original chip?

    Didyou performed CLRCMOS?

    with the original BIOS chip 3.10 I have problems with "Internal PLL Overvoltage" set, and with the BIOS 1.70 works fine, but the downgrade to 1.70 now is not possible. Wherefore I bought the 1.70 BIOS chip, but does not work. and I'm not sure if it's a problem of chip.

    Yes, I did a clear cmos.
