I couldnt get the riser to work but I might pop off a video card and test it on the x8 or x16 slot just for knowledge. I dont think its worth losing a HD6950 for an extra 100MB/s on a SSD drive. Im also going to put the Marvell card back on and run AS SSD for therager and who ever else googles this so they can have an idea. I found little out there when searching on Mavell vs Asmedia on PCI-E x1 2.0. Atleast not I can prolong the setup a little longer and get something high end towards the end of the year.
