Yes I've tried the memOK button and tried reflash and rollback of bios without any change.

I usually run with pll on 1,7ish when I'm at my 5 GHz 24/7 OC but I've done a lot of CMOS and tried different OC's from stock and up to see if that has any effect on my problem.
