Maybe they'll update this page later on.
For D9PFJ it's the same, you can switch from ...:M to ...:K with the drop-down menu on the top ( see here ).
As far as I know ":M" or ":K" added to the part number refers to the die revision.
Well, I got that far the first time, that's where I got the info for the following comment in my prior post.

When I search the full parts number, I don't find D9QMS, although it does appear to be a CL9 1333 part.
I was expecting you to know the ins and outs and get us the type of info that rookies like me can't find.

I know you saw it, I just wanted to point out the site for those who don't want to look themselves.
I think one can use the datasheet for D9PFW as well, the revision change shouldn't change that much.

And come on Jaime, you know I'm the rookie and you're the pro!

    You would think not, but I want to know more about the stuff that's hitting DDR3-2200 @ 9-9-9-27 / 1.65V & DDR3-2400 @ 9-10-10-27 / 1.65V and costs under $60 for a 2x4GB kit.

Well, basically they should all be the same ICs (MT41K256M8DA-xxx), either the revision change from M to K makes them better or more recent batches are just better than older kits.

    XBrytanX,

Nice sticks...hard to beat at $25 per module, which is basically generic ram pricing.

I'm still waiting on mine to arrive. Kinda thought I would have had them on Saturday, but they were a no show.

Are you planning on taking the spreaders off to see what's under the hood, or just assume that they are the D9QMS, as they clock the same as ihog6hog's kit.

I did notice that in his picture, the label shows the "batch" number of BG112LK.4V. In your pic, that batch number isn't on the label. Your modules show it to be BG112LK.54 which is very similar, just the last two digits being different. He told me via PM that he got his shipped to him by his brother, but they were purchased from Newegg. Can't help but wonder about what's under the hood of yours.

I plan on taking a look at at least one of mine when they arrive, just to be able to confirm what the Egg is currently shipping.

    i can't keep this RAM stable even @ tWCL9 to run 2400C9-10 1T (1.65v) ,i can pass 32M but will fail MemTest 4.0 ,

@Reefa..if i get pizzed i will take them of (i'm getting close tho..this lights ) , binning should help this RAM ,here are both SPD's

    EDIT; Quote from another forum

Even though IC provide clearly enough headroom to go 1200+, all 4Gb D9PFJ sticks I have ever tested didn't go much above 1000-1050MHz (you could pull a HCI Memtest at 1066 but then it would just randomly crash during "normal use", at 1100MHz+ they won't even POST).
That pretty much sums it up

    Arrived, pics shortly.

D9QBJ for those who cant wait .

Interestingly enough its mentioned here that its also shipping at higher clockspeeds for graphics memory. May indicate good scaling with timings.

[EDIT : Quick set of pics...]

SPD detected 9-9-9-24-1 1600mhz 1.35v on the M5F. Not sure what thats about. Its in windows though and looks stable.

The plan is to mess around for an hour or so with timings at default volts and 1600mhz and go up from there...

[EDIT - Struggling here. 9-9-9-24-1 1600mhz took 1.4v for 32m hyperpi. 11-11-11-28-1T 1866mhz looks to be 1.55v or more for stability. Cant help but think im missing something....]

[EDIT #2 - 2133mhz 11-12-12-31-2T (raw mhz profile) 1.625v 32m hyperpi stable. Will test reduced voltage later, 2200mhz up next.]

[EDIT #3 - 2200mhz 11-12-12-31-2T (raw mhz profile) 1.65v 32m hyperpi stable. 2400 will not post no matter what, how disappointing! Im tweaking timings at 2200mhz to see where it goes, but so far performance is a bit crap tbh.]

Slackened TRFC right off to 314 already, will have a go at TRC though, thanks for the tip .

    Testing 2200mhz 10-12-11-31-1T 1.675v atm, 10-12-12-31-1T passed.

No post with cas 12 means no 2400mhz it would seem. Will try a different bios tomorrow. Currently on 0095.

Cant go lower than 10-12-11-1T, voltage somewhere between 1.65 and 1.675v. Tras and subs will go down, still @ LB14 .

    10-12-10-28-1T 1.65v 2133mhz is solid as well.

One thing that came to my mind today, has anyone tested if there's a difference in overclocking headroom between the Tactical, Tactical Tracer and Elite apart from the normal variation?

I've got one Elite that is very good one average tactical and a very bad elite also... so I think there is no difference on binning.

Secondary's tighten up very nicely, though TRFC 196 is the low limit. Everything else though is in PSC territory. Something in the tertiary timings needs to be high as it no posts with latency boundary changes. Working on that now.
