    I'm uncomfortable at #2..I shouldn't be that high..
    Now for all you linux users. I was looking at RAC's and DEAR LORD what is going on?
    Use Linux and watch your numbers go nuts??

    Not really, I know VERY little and got Boinc running by following the guides (and a little help from D_A)

    I just KNOW you could do the same

    You have a 25K+ Boinc machne there

    I have a weekend full of work, then the plan is to get the 3770K up for my daily driver, take the beast install umbuntu(sp?) and make it a dedicated cruncher/house heater.. and shoot for #1 RAC...(dreams)

    Well, personally, I think you can do it. This one here is the 32 thread machine you have to beat

    I believe the top RAC machine is probably This one

    So you are aiming at somewhere around 26K to be top 32 thread machine and around 30K for top rig

    If that E5-2670 machine is "legit" then yes, there is no reason why I can't beat him as I'm on the same platform with faster chips.
    The 64 core AMD is another matter but I "think" I can match what he is doing..That's a "think" not a "know"...

    I want to see what it does with the daily team standings because unless I'm VERY wrong we should start doing much better.
    I doubt if IBM is running top vid cards on all those thousands of machines they have on the project.
