ASUS GTX 670 DirectCU II TOP - withdrawn from the market ?

I have heared rumours that Asus has withdrawn GTX670 DirectCuII TOP from the market due too many stability problems/RMA etc. My plans were to get one to build new config but it seems that this gpu have disappeared and resellers stopped distribution... Anyone could confirm this info ?

    Regards

Have 2 here, no problems yet, though they seem to be making coil whine noise as of late..

The 4GB DirectCU II non-TOP version came back to Newegg just yesterday in case anyone cares. It is pretty much the same card but just lower clocks isnt it?

No problems at all so far... BF3 had some issues until i installed the latest (actual) whql driver. Those stability problems might be driver related, mine is rock solid now with all games/apps.
