I think the part that excites me most is seeing weird_wolf on the team. I've never approached anyone to join XS as I plan to get teams started back home with forum privileges to attract interest (ability to change your own thread titles, bigger PM box, ability to edit posts after 48 hours, etc). I talk about DC projects A LOT, it must've rubbed off on him
