Playing with DDR2 more and here is what I have come up with.
Centon DDR2 w/ Micron TinyBGA
Centon DDR400 3-2-2-4 400Mhz 1:1 is faster than
BH 5 2-2-2-5 400Mhz 1:1 I875
Corsair 667 4-5-5-15 3:4
Corsair will not do tight timing at all, at least the ones I have dont. The extra 133Mhz does not make up for the slack timing.
The Corsair does not like lots of voltage and errors start around 2.2v
Sample Micron will not do tight timing.
Centon tops out around 240FSB with tight timing. Top end 1:1 290FSB, top end with 3:4 is 270 @ 720Mhz 2.6v
I am yet to find the top end of the Corsair.
Tests done on a DFI 925X-T2 in dire need of bios update
3.4EE ES @ 4.350 stock voltage
Switching over to Asus P5AD2 925X
Sandra's in @ stock then OC'd. Gonna use 3:4 for Corsair to keep it fair![]()
