I guess I'll post a few pictures of a build I've just completed. The chiller itself is designed to run off a 24-27v power supply @ ~15 amps. That puts the chiller at ~400watts max power consumption. According to the charts the qmax @ 15 amps should be ~200watts each on these tecs for a total of 600 watts qmax.
The chiller is designed to go sub ambient but not sub 0ºc for 24/7 use on an uninsulated board. It is also designed to fit into a triple 5 1/4" bay and requires a 5volt supply from the computer for the controller.
Using the controller, the chiller should be pretty efficient at normal 24/7 computer use because the tecs will be off or at 50% duty cycle most of the time.
