Keep tRCD at 13. It really doesn't like that tightened. 10-13-12-28-1T worked for me at 2666 & 1.725vDIMM, SP32M "stable".
Totally giving away the review (hoping to publish next week, please read it even though you already know the results)...but what the heck.
