Feel bad if it real dead, but if you living in Thailand now you'll don't worry about warranty by ASUS here because they announced
yesterday for new rule of warranty they will cover every problem under overclocking without only hard mod will out of warranty

    It nice !

My friend, before you give up, please DO try the following steps:
(I had this specific code, and many others during sub-zero benching - I even thought the Samsung kit was burned! it was not! the mobo had to 'rest' a bit).

    1) Disconnect the PSU from the mobo.
    2) Remove the on-board battery.
    3) Let the mobo stand like this, not connected to anything, for few hours.
    4) BEFORE you turn it on again (after the few hours..) click the "RESET CMOS" button at the back of the board (right next to the ROG connect button).

Don't know why this is happening. honestly.
but what I do know is that after the steps above the board recovered and got back to action pretty fast.

    Try it.
    got nothing to loose.. right?

    Try M5G.CAP

All fixed now well made up got my M5G back. Have found a mistake in the manual page 3-54! It tells you to rename bios M5G.ROM to your usbflash drive which it should be M5G.CAP.M5G.CAP worked for me.

    Thanx Raja
