FWIW Mine had suddenly crashed one day and wouldn't boot. I shut it down for a while, thinking the HD had gone bad. Tried it again a couple days later and it was perfectly fine as if nothing happened and never had any more issues.

I like a lot these 4ways and i have mine set ups constantly under a line Interactive Conditioner UPS.Powering down and letting the pc off for some time only to start again naturally,has to do with the capacitors and the electrical line instability could be the bad factor.
The reason you see both green and blue pcb mobos is because i have both of them in two identical Thermaltake tai chi all aluminium towers.

so if I wanted to replace my arima mobo with another one, what would I look at? its hard to find info on boards that arent "in date" or at least ive had a hard time finding a list, and or cheapish mobo..

anyone? anyone selling that tyan, i remember someone had some tyan board I believe..

yes and the arima board I have costs like 300. but we dont pay that much, kinda lookin for advice if anyone had seen em around cheaper. for that price its not worth it at all, but at any rate i just want to put this in a case, the arima case costs like 450$ shipped to my door, id rather buy new mobo than get a silly case for a special mobo.

ehhh, thats about the only thing i havt done yet. i will do that tonight, then try it again tommrow night.. so tired of computers, get one fixed, the other one breaks.. BAH HUMBUG

Ok, so I am trying to boot up this guy and all I get are the NIC lights blink once when I am fiddling with the paperclip in the power connector.

My only thoughts are the CMOS battery being done.

That was only one. I'll try to boot up the other guy in a bit.

I always thought one was the power button I'm hitting both frantically.

edit: CMOS batteries replaced. Looking at power supply as suspect. Wish I had another. Might head to Fry's. But I'm gonna look at Newegg and see what I can get on free shipping.

Was it working previously and then just quit? How do you have your connections made to the board?

Its been sitting for awhile. I followed the guide her on connecting it all up. Both boards are doing the same thing. I can't even get a hard drive to spin up with nothing else attached to the power supply.
