HTC Ruby/Amaze. 8MP OmniVision Back-Illuminated Sensor @ ISO 100, Focal Length 3.7mm, f/2.2
It makes for a nice point and shoot. I can control ISO and focus but the phone decides what shutter speed to use. It's certainly a better camera sensor wise than the 7MP Fuji S700 (I had to shoot with) until last summer when I got my D5100. There is an in camera 2 exposure HDR merge, manual white balance and sweeping panorama too, but the HDR is kind of useless since it doesn't get rid of the ghosts it makes. All of my photos are shutter-lag free and GPS-tagged too.
I'm pretty sure all of the new HTC phones have the same camera now. (Sensation, Rezound, Thunderbolt, new HTC One X getting a faster f/2 lens)
