It wasn't really 'like' anything tbh, pretty much a message saying something about XS SOPA Blackout extended edition with no access to the site :-) Very cool

Honestly, I'm not sure what value was added with the blackout on XS. People here are generally well informed and know what SOPA is. What made it such a big deal for Google and Wikipedia to be involved is that the general population had little to no clue what SOPA was, but alot of them do now. Anyone coming to this website likely knew what SOPA was, so little was gained in that regard. Honestly, I was somewhat disappointed that XS decided to be part of the blackout with no warning and while there was generally no value that would be added by the blackout. It was more of a "google did it so we followed suit" than really adding any value. I don't want to be a sheep...

it didn't say blackout to begin with, it just said XS is down, and then he changed to black out, IMo why would you black out this site? It was also blacked out like a day too late. I don't think people here need to learn about SOPA, its not google.

Picture this... SOPA/ACTA/Initials of something just as, if not more stupid comes in...
This site could then be shutdown for 'Conspiracy to commit Copyright' among other 'infringements' or something stupid like that if Youtube (of which there are many) links were ever posted on here with any music even in the background of the clips, I think that warrants some learning about it....

P.S. Remain vigilant, if anything more stupid ever makes it's way in anywhere, XS may be shutdown for Copyright infringement if any of the members of this site sing in the shower...

carnival in Germany the reason for this caricature cart being Merkel's visit to the US 2003 and her support for Irak war but it also happens to fit the bill with ACTA, PIPA, SOPA etc.
