well i never used AMD or ATI in my life sorry man...
let me clear this
this mem is really good and will do 2133 CL10 no problems and need more vtt at least on INTEL, but i already have mem that perform a bit best and use less vtt so i will keep them for a future upgrade

Oh ofcourse np. Hyperpi 32M stable VCCIO is 1.175v and Vdimm is 1.65v. Earlyer i also tried lower volts, which will pass Linx and Prime95, but HyperPi gave me error on half way or so.

Not really. Its totally safe, i would say. Just the way it is with p67 and 2133mhz ram. Need a lot more vtt than 1866. Ram speeds are crazy too. Almoust 30K copy.
There are plenty of peeps running up to 1.2v vtt on 1155s. I belive the "red" area starts somewhere 1.21
@Punisher
Sad...I think its because of the board more than anything.

I think the amount of VTT you need depends somewhat on the cpu, board, and bios. Different boards or even the same board with a different bios may need more or less vtt, so it would be hard to judge which kit actually clocks better or needs less voltage unless you test them on the same setup.
16gb GSkill Ripjaws z pc3 1700c9-11-10-28 2T, passed hyperpi at 2133 9-10-9-28 1T on the Gigabyte P67a UD5, the 16gb Mushkin Redline 2133 kit also did the same. VDimm at 1.66v in the giga bios seems to read 1.68 in hwmonitor, vtt at 1.080v.

They dont need more vddr. Just Vtt.
Still depends on kit, more than mb or cpu. Different kits do different results on identical mb/cpu setup.

But looks like they are bit faster as well. At least on my 5ghz screen. Probably tighter subtiming settings, since they are 1333mhz sticks by the SPD.
Mine arrived @ M379B5273CHO-CH9. Pack says theyre 40nm 1.5v though when I ordered the amazon site said 30nm 1.35v. That's now been updated to say 40nm 1.5v. May just be rubbish, will have to wait and see. Can't play til tonight, stuck in work .
so newegg more reliable to order from?

I'm currently running 2x4gb kits ddr3 2133 of G.Skill 9-11-10-28 1T and Mushkin Enhanced Blackline CL10 @ 9-11-10-27 1T in 2 different rigs.
So which Samsung kit should i buy for better timings at 2133?
The low profile 1600's?
The high profile 1333's?
Thanks!

Low profile 1600s are the only confirmed 30nm. I have the 1333 kit which was initially advertised as 30nm on amazon but is now advertised (correctly) as 40nm.
Either way the kit seems pretty good actually. 10-10-10-28-1T booted first time @ 2133mhz / 1.5v. Cant lower timings at all though. Im actually testing it at 1.45v now and it looks ok.
LagunaX - low profile 1.35v 1600mhz is the only guaranteed 30nm stick the same as the results you see in this thread. While the low profile 1.5v 1333mhz kit seems good as well mine dont seem capable of cas 9 like the 1600mhz kits seem to be able to do. I really wouldnt upgrade though if I were you - theres no point. You will see zero difference in use. At best youll get a couple hundred mb/s in everest and maybe a second 32m superpi.

I agree they are best on x79, the UD5 doesnt like them at all, your Asus board looks much better for this memory. Couldnt do 2133 9 10 10 with 16gb samsung on this board, Maybe 2x4 would do ok.
Didnt think Id ever be using Asus again but.... you know the rest. I guess the good old Giga days are gone 3 very loyal Gigabyte users now on Asus, I see Real7 is also on Asus.

well me too never though on Asus again but i had the chance to compare the UD7 B2 and the MIVE B3 and was such a big difference on OC not only BCLK, CPU and MEM but stability...later some friends grabbed the Z68 ones and man that really sucked bad, i did have 2 chips on that time and what was perfect stable on the MIVE was 101/124/weird errors on Z68 from GIGA and terrible for OC on mem.
Will test the RIVE soon to fulfill my dream of 6 cores, lets see how the new 3930 stepping OC
finally the samsungs will have a perfect place to be other than on their box lol
cheers

Thanks PiLsY,
The kits are cheap enuf to play with and if I don't like them I can always upgrade my matx h67 rig to 8gb ram.
The low profile are appealing in the sense they can fit under that new Phantek air cooler without a problem.
This thread is for AIDA64 ram whores anyways so I guess that's why I'm here too

Yeah thats cool, as long as you know what to expect .
Sub timings can be tightened very nicely on my 1333 kit. Still working away but trfc 92 is not a problem in 2x4gb and other subs are in the good PSC area. Theres more there if youre willing to put the time in.
1600mhz sticks are definitely better. Had to drop to 10-11-11-30-1T for hyperpi. 1.4v stable though. More vddr and more vccio doesnt help drop timings. 1T/2T makes no difference either.
These arent keepers .
I don't know man. I am getting a strange thing. These would boot easily @2000+Mhz but they are very hard to stabilize.
Actually even with the overclock on my signature I had to raise up voltage over 1,6V and still I get some random error during Prime95 (sometimes it lasts houres, others few minutes). Can't get at all why (they seems Hypers, not actually rock solid ever or almost).
Stabilize them over 2000Mhz is a no go. Prime95 would fail even with more than 1,7V in the first few seconds even if it is an easy boot.
What timing should I try to relax(/tight?) to get stability?
