just toying around with a Sony Nex-5N
i will say this, i would have never went out and bought this because 1) its sony and 2) its mirrorless
but i am telling you when i can pull off out of the camera ISO6400 shots that tromp my canon gear and old nikon stuff then i am here to say that this f'ing camera is THE sh|t.
and i mean that ISO1600 3200 shots come out just damn sexy. probably the best noise handling system of any handheld camera or dSLR-like camera.
it will even beat some of the high end Canon/Nikon gear.
and 100% beats the Sont Alpha 65 - which i almost got to sample.
PLUS being able to adapt any lens out there (like micro 4/3 systems) i am having a blast.
and i dont have to crank my neck t the side to look through a viewfinder like normal.
yes canon has live view but the nex.. its just a different animal totally.
Plus... let's just say Canon L and USM glass on this sensor... omfg!!
this is in no way shape or form any indication of what this camera can do but here is an ISO 1600 shot using my old Yashinon-DS 50mm 1.4 w/ M42 to NEX adapter.
i am really hurting tonight so could only take a few shots and i need to put my cervical collar on and sit down but i wanted to share this.
this demands some sort of marketing words on it as when I look at it, i feel like it it was shot for a magazine ad.
not sure why, its just the feeling i get when i see the image.
(except for the xbox button where you can see the reflection of me standing over it... doh!
