i had code 67 overcame by switching LN2 jumper to disabled. Note that default is set to enabled, the manual illustrated wrongly.

Thanks but unfortunately I already tried that, didn't seem to help.

As a long shot, try toggling between PCIe gen 2 and gen 3 modes and see if that changes POST behaviour.
