4E Error w/ GTX 560 Ti --need new bios?

Update: I figured it out (feel free to delete, mods). For future reference, for those who are searching:

Download the P11 bios, install using FOX live update. On reboot, go to bios, select load optimized defaults, and reboot again. This was the easiest way I could find.

    Hello,

I recently purchased a GTX 560 Ti for my rig.

    My current setup:
    Foxconn Bloodrage
    i7 920
    Corsair 750 HX
    3x OCZ Platinum 2gb

When I boot up with the new graphics card, I get an 4E error. I tried changing PCIe slots and resetting the bios but they did not work. What did work was taking out 2 of 3 ram sticks. I believe I am having a similar problem that this person was having with their GTX 470. Apparently flashing to the G40 bios fixed the problem.

    1) Will this work for my similar issue. If so, which bios should I use?

    2) I have never flashed a bios before. What's the easiest method for doing so?

    Thank you for your time.
