Think youre misunderstanding. It has to be in stock by amazon itself to be able to be shipped internationally. At the moment its only in stock at tigerdirect and circuitcity so it wont allow any international shipping. I get the same message as you see if I try and order it now as its not an order fulfilled by Amazon
If you wait until Amazon have them back in stock to ship direct you should be able to order.
Single 1333mhz 4gb sticks ship internationally from here to all countries. Never used them before, found via google. Theyre showing the 8gb 1600mhz kit too. Again, this is not a store recommendation, check them out yourself first
