Try 1.365, but boost the CPU PLL to 1.63125...because my prime failed after 45min...I'm still working things out, Im trying more cpu pll to see if that caused the crash before I give it a tad more vcore, I would like to stay at 1.34.
My 2500k is the same - its cpu pll overvoltage it doesnt like. I need 1.8cpu pll for 100bclk, 1.92cpu pll for 105.5bclk. vccsa stock 0.925v. Takes 1.58v for 5.2ghz, 1.52v for 5ghz and 1.45v for 4.8ghz. 49x max multi. Using cpu pll overvolt gets me up to 53x but its never stable in prime or gaming. Linx and superpi are fine, 3dmark 50/50.

cpu pll is the bugbear for me as well. I can do the switch on to enable and increase the value by rote but am never truly at ease with it. Are you leaving everything else at set values and repeating the cpu pll check repeatedly or is there some correlation (big word pain) with other settings that convinces you that you have a cpu pll problem. Does the bclk failure direct you straight to cpu pll?

    Hope that makes sense.
    Sig always changing .
