I have problems to boot the system with 4 x 2gb 1600Mhz. Someone can help me ? Itīs 4 memory module gskill Cl6.
tanks
what config in bios u use?
at CL9 it boots allright. but with XMP config that is CL6 donīt boot. I have to go for manual timmings config for try tigh latency ?
i would tests each module for stability, leave auto in mem settings so mother takes xmp settings and stress test each module.
vdimm auto also?
modules work well at 2x2gb CL6. yes vdim is auto.
It seems that motherboard canīt andle 8gb at CL6. more Vdimm?
U stress tested each pair of modules in dual ch config? I would not increase vdimm over specs.
I wonder when this board is going to get the nice new BIOS layout like the X79 has? The current one is not that intuitive!

There's now 4.2. I also updated to the latest Intel Management Engine driver thing. However in the shiny new BIOS I am unable to change voltages for some reason. It's not behaving like the old at present, so I will have to look deeper into it to get back the settings in my sig.
