    I can confirm that the http://scc.jezmckean.com/item/509 is good. I have dubble checked measurements i made myself and on ATX specifications etc. And it looks like they are correct. Im about to go ahead and send my stuff to the water jet soon.

    I don't think size 40.53mm is correct @ this XL-ATX drawing, because 40.53mm= 1.595669" (and 1.6" = 40.64mm).
    Concerning E-ATX - yes, everyone calls their boards EATX if they are a bit wider than standard ATX. IMHO you need correct standoff placement and basic mainboard sizes + some non-standard boards sizes - like monster mainboards from EVGA or Gigabyte Can't check if HPTX drawing is correct because I don't have HPTX board...

    You might want to use google sketchup and layout the holes and print a template to use if you are going to drill your own holes. Make sure you are printing at 100% and are in the proper view straight on the piece.
