I also had problems with my Sabertooth and my SSD (Corsair C300). It would freeze up randomly and of course it would NOT resume from sleep.
Try a lot of things but to no avail until I found this forum discusing the freezes using SSD. Its the IntelRapid Storage.. I tried the solution in the tred and only disactivated PORT1 where my SSD is plugged... Voila, no more freezing, better benches and beleive me or not, it finaly wakes up from sleep mode, even days in sleep with no problems.. Give it a try...
