That doesn't make your testing practices any less questionable. They just aren't very representative of real world performance.
It also looks like Hardware Canucks used a video card that is about as fast as the almost three year old GTX280 that they used in their sandy bridge review and a bunch of canned benchmarks in their Bulldozer review.
I do have to admit that the gaming performance being about on par with yorkfield is a bit of a surprise.
