From the old thread that I made regarding checks of whether TRIM works, X25-M seems to correctly reflect a TRIM state - i.e. returns ZEROES for TRIMmed locations - so it can be used to check if TRIMming a RAID works.
Connect 2 X25-Ms in RAID, make a large file, delete it (it should cause TRIM), or run the trim from "Defrag". Then try to restore the file, if it is mostly zeroes (but still retrievable), TRIM works.
