I've seen "Dumo" post that 57x and up (provided the chip is capable) seems to require some kind of "cold" cooling for benching purposes so I'd be interested to know if the chip can bench 56x on water and or if you can get into windows at 57x? What is the max multi for the chip with PLL overide disabled? I also think you are going to like the MIVE. I'll look forward to more results from your new combo.
Ryzen 9 on the test bench... Sometimes older generation/tech as well.

it would be very nice if ASUS can update efi BIOS on the profile OC saves...that one can save settings to a flash drive and also selecting the profile not the way that is now putting 1, 2 or 3

for sure i will do a nice face to face on them

for now what i see is

    MIVE and UD7

amazing efi bios - normal bios
voltaje regulation amazing - using F3H i have no problems but UD7 takes way more volts
HS near CPU heats a lot - NOT ON UD7
boots like a ferrari - UD7 not its slow at post and boot
small increments of volts on all - UD7 has big jumps
just 1902 gave me problems - UD7 all but F3H

so far thats what i found for now

    cheers

Awesome cpu and mive there Andre

Dunno about Z68, but with my B3 MIVE (old bios) maximum multi bios boot was 56X.

For 57X~59X I have to set turbos manually in bios to 57Xs

As long as boot posted past "AE" on post code reader then it good to go with multi you set in bios (same as "4E" on UD7)

    Back on track

Back on track now after switching from UD7 to MIVE , after reloading and all im happy . . even though this board is almost same with v core per oc , the llc control is much much better . . posting some shots of my 24/7 prime pass , so for meantime the v core looks high , but for 3d benching and memory benching all i need way less v core .
Was the switch worth it ? Hell Yea this is the 5 reason why I think " opinion "
    1. Overall better support of board , bios updated regular
    2. For me memory stability is better , board is way less stressed at 2133 cmd 1 , makes figuring a stable overclock a breeze
    3. Run lower vcore idle cuase llc control is much better , no silly 1 - 10
    4. pci express lanes have more space for multi gpu " no more hot crossfire sandwich " which ud7 sacrificed a space for a outdated legacy pci
    5. rog overclocking from remote devices iphone android laptop , now i overclock while at work and i can reboot main pc from remote rog thru team viewer on bsod probelms
Bonus : Hot ass looking board red mania lol , lot of light's if thats your thing

Bonus : Hot ass looking board red mania lol , lot of light's if thats your thing
great rig Tony we did the move almost on same time lol

    enjoy it like im doing

    cheers !
