My 1100T does exactly the same at X6...it needs 1.34v on CPUNB for 3000 stable. 3375 is the absolute limit in 32M on two cores @ 1.46v. However this CPU does 4 Ghz at 1.43v.
My 565 is even worse, 2800 NB is stable at 1.35v, however it will not even bench at 2900. I cant even boot at 2900 up to 1.45v. This CPU does 4 Ghz @ 1.42v, however will not boot above 4.2 Ghz @ 1.55.

I would call my 1100T on the bottom half of normal. 3000 to 3200 CPUNB seems the norm for 24/7 use. Anything higher and you probably have a gem, anything lower than 3000 I would be bummed out. My CPU seems pretty normal I would suppose core wise as well, it does 4.1 @ 1.48-1.5v (hard to tell because of board limitations)

For X4 it looked like 2800-2900 was normal, and those of us with chips that did above 3000 were special.
It all depends......I have some chips with really decent NB on ln2 and they suck on air. Vice versa with good air chips to ln2. It all depends on what your goals are.
