And how to change the 2D and especially 2D/3D settings and where to find?

I need the following:

Voltages:

2D=1.1V
2D/3D=1.4V
3D=1.5V

-> this means: 0082 018C 0300 right?

Frequencies:

2D=350/500
2D/3D=410/550
3D=425/560

-> where to find and how to identify ?
