    Funny all the guys who said 990X was no good and same as 980X.....................how many 980X do 7GHz + ?

    very very few of them, and out of that bunch most of them are ES, so it is nice to see a retail clocking as nice or better than the early A0 cpu's.

    How many 980x chips were tested for CPU-Z max with this OC board? Also how many chips did he test?
    Seems like the OC board is the best for getting high CPU-Z valids.

    No mount, risking frying the CPU.

    what? I have run my KP venom pot on 775/1156/1366 no mounts for over a year with zero issues...always used the cpu retention bracket though.

    awesome job man, now where is the 3D testing?
