    That will not work because the OS driver must be loaded before anything will see the card as a storage device.

    I picked up a 320GB MLC version of the iodrive and raided it with my 80GB SLC.

    With 2x SLC the 4K reads would be higher , or am i mistaken ?

    Yes, the MLC iodrive is unfortunately heavily holding back my SLC iodrive in terms of 4kb random reads

    Yes I still have the 320 and the 80. I don't keep them raided... the 80 is for my games and the 320 is for my storage. Everyone knows iodrives are for storing media.

    Hot damn that is a stellar price. I check for good Fusion-IO prices on eBay once every week or two. Guess I missed that one. I may end up selling my ioXtreme since I am having a hard time finding another to RAID it with.
