Sorry if this was asked before! It is possible to install the new rev 2 housing of the XT in the Apogee XTL block?

You mean swap the XTL's delrin top for the XTr2's top? Would work fine

2:I just upgraded from 1336 (Asus P6t Vanilla)---> 1155 (Asus P8P67 Pro), and I noticed the backplate doesn't completely clear the socket support on the rear of the motherboard. It appears to be ok, b/c the buldge is where the the adhesive pad is located, and the pad just appears to undergo greater compression than the other pads.
See picture below (click for larger version).

    Thank you.
    I'm surprised nobody noticed this

hm, upgrading my water block. Interesting option. I think I'll buy this part and upgrade my block when I get around to swapping a 970 or when I re-tube/re-wire my loop. I do think I want this in my next upgrade cycle though!

Great news! But how I put the Apogee-XT-CAP (Inlet Cap)? Is it included? I notice that the XTL doesn´t have one (correct me if I´m wrong),,,

I tried to pay via PayPal and received Notification that Swiftech doesn't accept payments from the country that issued my CC.

I'm confused on this too, that plate doesn't show on the listing of the accessories. It just says two o-rings and six screws. Plate doesn't appear in the photos either.

I'm not sure you can upgrade an XTL this way..

My bad too, I read it in reverse (going from XT to XTL), not sure why someone would do that other than for a change in aesthetics though

Awesome that you're going to include the part for those who ask

Is there some place in Europe that sells these new housings. I'd like to update my Apogee XT and MCW80 blocks but Swiftech webshop doesn't sell to Finland.

I wish they offered a step up program. I have the GTZ still and I'm looking to upgrade and I would love to upgrade as well but a trade in program would rock my socks off!

Anyone with an uninstalled block want to measure the rev1>rev2 changes for me please?

I just got my Rev1 from Sidewinders this week(couldn't pass up the deal) and considering putting it on my manual hobby mill to make it a revision 2.

How far is that beveled edge from the inner oval o-ring slot?

I'm planning to use this in an upcoming review. I may test it as the original Rev1, then mill it down to Rev2 specs and retest to see what I get.
    Thanks!
    Martin

I'll be picking my rev2 spare housing up on Monday. If you can wait that long, tell me what you need to be measured.

Do it via PayPal (that's how I did it). Then just bind your c/card to your paypal account.

    Awesome...I'm in no big hurry.

I'm looking for some sort of distance to that new bevel line next to the o-ring. Either from the Oring (looks like about 3-4mm) or from the inside perimeter edge(10-20mm).
It would probably be easiest to layout from the outside perimeter edge though.
