definitely agree'd and im very happy with the case overall. I let the parts inside do the flashiness for my geek friends.
Other wise i think its just a clean sleek setup thats quiet..well quiet as i can get it with the stock 6 series fan..cant wait til i get my shaman .

i dont think so, and why would u want to, that would defeat the purpose of the bottom mounted psu

    Agreed.

At least they have the option to dampen them so noise doesn't escape. It does turn a GREAT looking case into a GOOD looking case though.

I think this case is by looks and by features miles ahead of HAF in this cases category. Not all of us wants that kind of rough look on their cases like HAF series.

This case is sleek and elegant, if i need bigger case i go for eather Define XL or even AeroCool XPredator that looks miles ahead better than HAF or HAF X.

HAF is Ugly, Define R3 and XL are Fantastic and AeroCool XPredator is Great.

Lucky me that its build my countrys neighbour, sweden.. it costs us 99euros (140$) + 0euros shipping (yes 0eur shipping due bus cargo is 0eur from Jimm's PC), and by our standarts this is hell cheap case, for the bang for buck it gives.

    .
Man way to attack the HAF.

Its not meant to be a "pretty case" but instead a HIGH AIRFLOW case, your comparing 2 completely different things.

Btw I think the XPredator is a horrid alienware looking case and I dont think AeroCool has even made a legit case to begin with.

Even with that aside, this is still a terrific value case. $110 for a case with 8 bays is unusual enough, but include in there a thought-out colour scheme, available filters, rubberized punch-through holes, and some kind of attempt at sound proofing? That's fantastic.

I would be interested in seeing some reviews on how good the soundproofing really is.
I purchased my P182 for about 110 shipped, and I would say the Fractal case is very close to that.

Can't say much for the Fractal, but I had a few problems with the P182. If you go to the ncix.com page for the P182 gunmetal you might find my review there, or I'll dig it up later today. I would say that you need to put in a bit of effort to get things right, but if you do it's worth it.

Ive had my fractal since about 3 days after starting this(i ordered one immediately) and i absolutely love it. I enjoy the simple sleek look, the great layout and for the price, i really dont think it can be beaten.

I have a define r3. It still needs those air grills cut wide open, but I'm happy. Previous case had been a coolermaster Stacker 810.
