Bios Settings:

LCC : 75% ( 1.416v load 1.424 idle )
vCore: 1.425v
VccSA: 0.95 ( midle table value never got it to (des)improve my OC, it didnt got better or worst results changing this )
VccIO: 1.1125 ( this was the magic number for me, with 1.15v with 1.440v in bios it wouldnt be stable, with 1.1v, stable with 1.44v but it wasn't with 1.425, 1.1125v did the trick )
[Disclaimer: I also move the VRM freq: from 700Mhz to 450Mhz when I change the volts from 1.1 to 1.1125v so it could have been only one of the changes ]
CPU PLL - 1.65v ( it did changed my OC, but it has some kind of relationship with PLL overvoltage, with 5Ghz and PLL off ( my CPU does 50x with no PLL OV ) I've to have it around 1.75v for stability )

Dram was taking 1.65v for 2133 CL9 [ 8Gb kit ]
