    Ok, i see...Between Plastic top cover and top metal plate of the chassis is the rad and fans under the top metal plate or vice versa ?

    Which fans are you using ? AFAIK slim rads have higher fpi so need high rpm fans, maybe that's what is goin' on...

    I am using some noise blocker 1800RPM fans so I don't think that is the problem. I suppose a slim 280 is probably cutting it a bit fine for a GPU and CPU. Oh well
