In aida it will be top to bottom

7-9-6-20-72-1-4-8-4-4-16-8 and that data drive timing next to TWCL 3.

I have to buy a new copy of aida (doing as we speak) but thanks for the timings, I have another set of the same memory coming so I will see if the new set clocks any better I assume 1.68-1.7v for 2300?

more like 1.775 to 1.825 for the 2300-7-9-6 would be the range I'm guessing. Hard to tell as it appears my set isn't that great.
