I've flashed F2 and got the same bug but just once. Try to disable the logo. I've got it when the logo was turned on. After shutting it off, it boots and enters BIOS successful any time.

Okay guys with Hypers, what do you say about this one
    After 3 days of research...

Can't run waza so the result is not good. But the timings..

Disabling full screen logo did not solve the issue. Anyway, no big deal, but want to make sure that it is not a mobo defect but only a bug due to early BIOS versions.

+1 i hope its not a feature and gigabyte will address it cuase dissabling logo doesnt help, btw i have a b3 version of ud4 and i can't get any pci device working on the 2 pci slots( tried both tv tunner and ethernet card), my computer just power on and off forever, using original bios f2,

    Yh B3, F2. Haven't tried the first PCI. I have 2 6950s so I can only use PCI2.

X-fi is fine in my PCI#2 UD5. I can't use PCI1 since the (PCH?) heatsink interferes with the card going completely in...(yes I know it isn't UD4 but they should be similar electrically).

looks really slow, i'm wondering if the mobo is really running in dual channel.
i did 6.39 using 1866 divider and not a great OS, your run must be alot faster than mine if you have a decent OS and that RAM frequency and timings IMHO.

Yeah.. Don't know why. Maybe because Rank Interleaving is Disabled. Don't know... Will try with another OS but I doubt it's OS related..

with Rank interleaving enabled 32m isn't running fine?
here it doesn't make any difference, the best i can do are 5 or 6 loop in single channel using the first slot.

I'll try it again now. With beta bios it wasn't doable with Rank Interleaving..

With any beta bios 2133 is no go. As I've said, i'm using F2. With rank int. Enabled, it freezes after starting 32m.

Edit: it's working on beta bios now lol..

Do you chaps have any idea when the final version of F3 will be released? I could really use it now but I don't want to use beta BIOSes if I'm honest. That's why I'm still waiting for the final release...

I have a ud4 b2. I am wondering if the b3 standard (non-beta) have bios have pll overvoltage option in the non-beta bios? My ud4 b2 has constant cold boot issues in all beta bios with cpu pll overvoltage enabled (btw cpu voltage is only 1.37) No cold boot issues with standad bios' with no cpu pll overvoltage, but cant go past 4.5 with the standard bios without the cpu pll option. I am happy with 4.7 on beta bios' as system is stable, but get constant cold boot issues...no fun

Those issues should be fixed in the B3 with beta bios.

I've got a new P67A-UD4 B3 and have been having a ton of freeze issues (not BSODs though), and it's still all stock - no OC. I was running the F2 firmware it shipped with and have updated to F3D to see if that helps.

Has anyone else been experiencing these isues?

    Hi Stasio,

I have tried F8h for B2 and still had cold boot issues. What does f8i do different?

Also do the new standard gigabyte bios of ud4 include pll overvoltage and does it fix cold boot? Still have my b2, but wondering if I should get a ud7 when I do the recall or if indeed the ud4 b3 boards have better cold boots with cpu pll over voltage. Also, is llc improved on the b3 bios'?

    Cheers for any help,

    Simon
