Couldn't believe that my trusted Pentax K10D did that well in sharp light. This is not developed from RAW, straight from the body.

Can see why everyone uses flickr now, shrinks everything just to the right size for forum post. slightly larger.

Sony NEX 3 with Voigtländer Color Skopar 21mm@f.11/1/125 ISO 200. It Vignettes somewhat, but is actually far better to use on the Sony Nex than the Leica M8 or M9 as it is a very usable compromise without the major cropping of the former or picture ruining vignetting of the latter. Wide angle and f4 so nothing is ever out of focus either

Great results with the Nokton 40mm f1.4 aswell; got to play allot to that day and is perfectly compatible with zero vignetting and matched focus, very important without rangefinding.

lkiller123, it's Sigma 10-20 f/4-5.6. I was surprised as usually in conditions like that (dark-ish object with light source behind it) you get black stain with burned aureole.

Crop, didn't have much of a choice on angle or elevation for the photo, I feel the sunrise could have been captured much better if I had planned my time better!

i cant see atm (@work)
ill check and let you know... altough i think i can guess... its f8, at 200/s, iso 200, and lit with a strobe from the side using barn doors to prevent spill.
