im doing the same thing and just got the same heatsink. I know i wont get my 4.5 with ht anymore on my i7 920 but im hoping to get 4.2 on this mammoth ..mine comes in tomorrow.

Here is my "cold" air setup (33F outside)
(messed up the last pic by making it too small and not having orig, so I blew it up slightly)
I got the GPU up to 925mhz, but I got the best score with the memory at 2000mhz and it wouldn't hit it with the GPU at 925mhz.

Used a ton of AMD biostar mATXs through the years for my mATX builds and love 'em.
BTW I'll be doing something similar to yours here http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...d.php?t=267058 for water cooling a build I call KestrelFlight. Going with a mATX in a mid-tower to give me some room at the bottom of the case.

really like this motherboard, had before a asus p7p55d but did not like it, so put that mobo with a i3 530 and get this biostar and put my 750, really impressed about its performance i am trying to find a tpower p55 in my country or wait for the tp67xe
