As explained here, after remounting Corsair H50-1 with proper mount and thermal paste contact, I managed to a bit more stability when it comes to all core benchmarking i.e. wprime 1024M at 5.2Ghz 1.490v bios (1.512v idle while ET6 reports 1.50v) windows was passable. But stil this Core i7 2600K L038A660 is hitting a ceiling at 5202Mhz on Gigabyte P67A-UD7 F8x bios.

5215Mhz was max validation and benchmarks below at 5202Mhz 1.512v idle.

    5215Mhz 1.512v idle

Looking good eva, hey out of curiosity have you tried flashing corsair SPD to the STT's?

VTT: 1.18 - Going higher on VTT = no boot
VDIMM 1.64v (tried up to 1.8v)
    2T 8-8-8-24

    No 2133, on UD3P.... I have Corsair Dominator GTX2.... And they need sub 1.7v for 2133 7-7-7-21 1T

Have not checked that, will do so this evening, however, I think this is quite odd.

What program are you using to flash the spd? I can't get the 2200 C8 STT's to boot at all on P67.

SPDTool i think can flash ddr3 just not read the values ??

Starting to test 2x2GB Corsair Dominator GT 2000C7 Elpida Hyper's max mem frequency for Super Pi 32M. Let's start with loose 8-8-8-24 1T timings at max 1.74v vdimm.

hypers at 2133 7-7-6: asus max iv e versus gigabyte ud7?

I did a backread but didn't find anything definite on this question: can the asus maximus 1v extreme run hypers (GT second gen 2000c7) at 2133 7-7-6 same as the gigabyte ud7? I have a couple of sets that I know run fine on a ud7 with 2133, 7-7-6 with 1.74-ish vmem but doesn't run SPI32M at all on an asus p8p67 pro at 2133 with tighter than 9-10-9 very high trfc even with high voltage.

am thinking of getting the max iv e instead of the giga on account of the pcie lane assignment (for 2 VCs, an 8x lsi 9260-8i raid card, and maybe a soundcard) but this thing with the hypers might make me go ud7 with an x1 extender instead.

@angkies the maximus board doesnt run 2133 ??

Another thing I find funny is AMD/Intel would snipe any of our Moms on a grocery run if it meant good quarterly results, and you are forever whining about what feser did?

Its a no go for me with 2133, just locks SPi 32M up between T1 & 3 every time. I've been right through the timings & voltages & nothing improves anything!!

    Super Talent 2200 CL8

    They run on the 1866 divider just fine between 1800 ~ 1834 @ 1.72 ~ 1.76v, havent tested 32M at 1866 but they do run/get into windows.

Might try flashing the Corsair SPD if I can find it.

MivE B3 runs hypers just fine at 2133 7-7-6 8GB

@hondacity: yup long time. got the UD7 and it ran my hypers at 2133 776 just fine. however, the nf200 latency was dragging my LSI 9260-8i raid card. decided to get the asus MivE when the B3 came out as it had PCIE slots that bypass the NF200. Raid card runs fine and fortunately, it runs hypers at 2133 776 8GB as well (both 1103 default bios and latest 1204 official bios with CFG lock to disable).
